Travel

As the conference will be held in Seoul, we highly recommend traveling by air if you are coming from another country. There are two major airports you can choose from:

Incheon Airport
Gimpo Airport

Transportation from the Airports

Both airports are directly connected to their respective train stations, making train travel a convenient option.

From Incheon Airport: It will take approximately 2 hours to reach the conference venue by train.
From Gimpo Airport: The journey will take around 80 minutes.

You can alight at either Hoegi Station (회기역) or Cheongnyangni Station (청량리역). Both stations are within a convenient walking distance of less than 15 minutes to the conference venue.

Alternatively, if you arrive at Incheon Airport, you have the option to take a Limousine Bus to Cheongnyangni Station (청량리역). The bus ride costs 17,000 KRW and takes approximately 105 minutes.

NB

Please be aware that Google Maps and Apple Maps may not function effectively in Korea. To navigate more efficiently, we recommend using a local map application such as NAVER Map.
